The substantial and generous support from the residents and local business of the community has to date ensured the Festival continues to survive and provides the organizers with the means to host the festival on Patmos.

The primary sponsor is ERT, their generosity has covered the costs of promotion and publicity, consequently bolstering the resources of the municipality of Patmos, the Holy Monastery of St. John the Theologian, the Prefecture of the Dodecanese and the Ministry of the Aegean.

BLUE STAR FERRIES supports the transportation costs of the artists performing in Patmos.

Responsibility for organizing and staging the festival is attributable to The Cultural Center and its comity of the Island of Patmos.
